Follow-up Treatment: $85

For continuing care.

This appointment builds upon the Initial Consultation with further osteopathic structural assessment and treatment.

Treatment Information:

Each appointment slot includes a health history review, assessment, treatment, reassessment, and discussion of a treatment plan. Treatment time may vary (15 – 25 minutes) and does not always reflect billable time. The practitioner does not provide therapeutic modalities, homecare exercises and/or programs, nutritional advice, or psychological counselling.

Addley Osteopathy & Performance offers onsite manual therapy services for athletes and teams of all levels.

With his extensive experience, Jeffrey assist in pre-event, intra-even, and post-event treatments so that your athletes can maintain focus and perform at their very best for their event.

Our Sporting Event Field Coverage service is only available upon request. Athletes and/or coaches interested must contact Addley Osteopathy & Performance to discuss schedule, travel, number of athletes, parking fees, etc. Travel and stay outside of the province / country must be covered, on top of booking fee.

A 25% non-refundable service fee is required upon booking. Due to scheduling it’s recommended to book 2 - 4 weeks in advance to be sure practitioners are available.

Event Day Coverage:

  • Half-day (4 hours): $340

  • Full-day (8 hours): $640

Tournaments:

  • 2 Days (16 hours): $1,200

  • 3 Days (24 hours): $1,680

  • 4 Days (32 hours): $2,240
