Addley Osteopathy & Performance practices principle-based osteopathy, focusing on restoring balance and movement through the body’s natural mechanics. Our approach is sports-specific, working closely with local teams and community events to enhance coordination, recovery, and performance. Guided by the core osteopathic principles of structure and function, we emphasize optimizing nerve, artery, vein, and lymphatic flow to support overall health and athletic potential.
